It is a reliable service and the support Team is very focused on our satisfaction, when there is a question.
A roadmap we can have also as a script and install it somewhere - but the feeling the Interface is sending
gives clearness, that we so much need, also we are just at the start on the process. But it helped and
users and team members are easy to get into the game on the platform and not in fear,
[be]cause it is simpl[y] made. This is also a very great point I have lost some people to onboard with another
solution, but with Ideanote all members are delighted by the design.

None. This is the only idea and innovation management software I use for our internal processes and we soon plan to use this for our future lined-up services. We have tried GERU in the past but that is a visual mapping software and does not really help in managing proper communication between guests and internal team members.

We used MindMeister a few years ago but couldn't make it work for us. MindMeister is more of a tool to visualize ideas and focuses on the mind-map presentation of thoughts. Such focus is not necessarily conducive to collecting ideas in a conversational way. It may work when everyone is present in a room brainstorming in a single session. However, it's extremely difficult to use for remote teams as an idea collection tool. Ideanote, as said, is a much better thought-out app with excellent UX/UI, which makes collecting, tracking, prioritizing, and measuring ideas a breeze.

None. This is the first and only product in the innovation management space that I use. I started using Ideanote while working at Weatherford about 4 years when they launched and now I use it on a personal note for collecting ideas, feedback, and opinions on startup ideas I have and MVPs I am currently working on.

To be honest, I have not seen an application like IdeaNote. There are many applications that allow you to create Kanban boards; but none of them also include a workflow process that standardizes how ideas are captured and tracked through to implementation.
