Cross-Channel Campaign Management Software

IgnitionOne is currently being used by six accounts at my agency. Several years ago, it was used all across the agency, but that has changed as competitor services have surpassed IgnitionOne's capabilities. We used IgnitionOne on clients that relied heavily on our SEM services. It was good in that it allowed us to manage multiple publishers from one place, but again it has fallen behind competitors.

Good customer service.
They were flexible in allowing us to access backend data.

Buggy!
Lacks many features competitors offer (like labeling).
No clear roadmap for the future with their SEM product.
