Microsoft IIS

IIS has a really good user community which has helped us out in the past. When we were setting up our initial reverse proxy server using IIS, we found help from the community that pointed us in the right direction. We also have had good help from third-party vendors who are experts in IIS which have been a huge support for us.

Lots of support and articles from both Microsoft and third parties.

As mentioned earlier there is so much documentation or guides or stack overflow questions out there that someone will have faced the same or very similar scenario to what you are going through that you will almost certainly find a solution to what you are after.

The support for the tool can be pretty bleak. The savior is that there is a large customer community and users out there are vested in responding to and supporting each other. I've googled many solutions when needed to a problem I couldn't solve on my own or with Microsoft's help.

Microsoft IIS is a a solutions that has been around a very long time. As such there is a wealth of support information out on the internet. From Microsoft to 3rd party forums and blogs you can find any solution that you may encounter. If you can't find it you can always you Microsoft premiere support for your issues.

We have never used customer support for Microsoft IIS. We usually search for questions in users communities.
