I think it may be impossible to get a 10 in this area since this area because there needed to be training and I'm not sure how a DAM could be more simplified without sacrificing certain functions (short of creating a sentient, intuitive AI that acts like a genius employee), but Image Relay has exceptional usability.

Image Relay is very straightforward. The experience and interface mimic things were all used to using so it makes it very easy to learn and use. They didn't try to reinvent the wheel by making a fancy tool, they just made something that works and does exactly what you need it to do. They also have an awesome team that is quick to help and answer any questions along the way.

The super-easy onboarding process, excellent tech support, and a super-easy but powerful user interface. Fast, easy, effective. On average, team members were fully up to speed and using Image Relay within one to two hours. Everyone commented on how simple but powerful the system is. And how easy it is to use. Best of all, everyone agrees that storing and sharing files has never been easier.

I didn't have to be trained to figure out how to use it, everything is straight forward which is important when you have a lot of external-facing users on this platform. The folders help you navigate what you have but I also use the search feature a lot if I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

Really easy to use. If you have any problems you can just fire them an email and they will help you really fast. When you are logging in, everything is right there and this is really easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. There is not 10 step to get the job done.

It's very clear, well organized, and overall just simple to use. I can clearly navigate all our categories and it's very easy to download the assets you need. I also like how it very clearly separates the assets by type, (ie either photo, PDF, video, etc). Regardless of your location/division, it's just very clean and easy.

It's very user-friendly and easy to do collections and share. You can share with everyone any place you are. Can link images or other files to websites or other platforms. Can set permissions on the folders and assign users accordingly. Organize all the assets as per your organization. Reports are very useful for managing.

It meets our needs and expectations. This is a much more powerful tool in comparison to Google Drive or DropBox. Managing multiple user permissions by user type Ability to have certain users download to their specific size needs vs no permission to download Ability to update file and the update goes across all instances of the file.

It is very easy to use, but it also depends on how many elements you are storing. My experience is that the tool is efficient and I can access the information without a problem. But I know that some colleagues have had issues trying to access media, this all depends on the internet connection also.

We've found Image Relay to be an intuitive tool that allows users to be as broad or detailed with their searches as needed. We onboarded our staff with one Zoom call to run through how the platform works, and they were able to start using it the next day without issues.

Because it's very easy to understand, the whole journey is user-friendly, it helps us out a lot with sharing materials and final deliverables, and works as an online library that lets us work remotely with a laptop instead of needing big storage desktop units. It is also very tidy and helps us be organized.

Image Relay is a very easy-to-use system with a step-down folder setup and makes everything easy to find due to its minimalistic layout. It is very simple to read the menus and understand what does what and the onboarding process has really made it easy to continue use on our own as we train our employees quickly.
