Great Value, Great Support, and a Superior Product

- It took some getting used to seeing that top bar when I need additional options for a selected asset, so the only improvement I can think of is making that pop more when I select an asset and want to share it or something.

Image Relay is a DAM good DAM
- Onboarding

- Integrates with Adobe
- The Adobe integration is currently being worked on so I would say that needs improvement but they are already tackling that!
- Copy paste feature for metadata
- Organise your digital assets
- Manage users and their user rights, resulting in better control over your digital assets
- Sharing files with people outside our organisation is incredibly easy
- Collaborating on collections with colleagues
- The Adobe plugins could perform better
- Tagging multiple files (vs individually or all files) during upload would be nice
- Displaying more than 100 files per page would be handy
- Enables us to organize a large number of files in an easy-to-use format
- Keeps our files safe. Much of the work we do is private until our partners approve of our marketing going public so file security is critical to our operation.
- Image Relay makes it easy for our team to track and access a wide range of files - especially photos and contracts.
- I am hard-pressed to find anything lacking or needs improvement

LOVE Image Relay—It's Incredibly Helpful!
- Image Relay keeps things organized well
- It's SO easy to create upload links and send them to people when you need materials from them. I love that you are emailed when someone uploads to a folder you created.
- The support team is great at Image Relay too—I've rarely had any problems, but when I do or have questions they respond very quickly!
- I haven't really run into anything yet that needs major improvement

Image Realy as a Daily Work Tool

- Different views or access to the asset on the main page
- Massive file storage capabilities with multiple daily backups of data.
- Easy organization and management of files.
- Fast and efficient search capabilities.
- Excellent training and customer service.
- We just started working with Image Relay a month ago. So far, we've encountered no issues that would prompt recommendations for improvements.

Image Relay brought our digital archives to life
- We can access our digital files from any location with an internet connection.
- We can share high-res photo collections with outside parties in just a few clicks.
- We can search 120 years of photo and video archives by using keywords.
- The AI tagging terms are too generic to really be helpful to us.
- When we did our initial upload the system couldn't pull in old dates, so everything has a date of the day it was uploaded. It will be a while before searching by "most recent" works properly.

- Makes it easy to share links internally and externally
- Simple organization
- Allows us to manage the security level of each user and link very easily
- The upload process is a little slow for files
- There should be a sorting system that allows A-Z sorting
- Drag and drop moving would make things move quicker

- Collections - everything is neat and organized
- Metadata - the way things are tagged makes it easy to search for specific items
- Adobe integration - the API Keys are always expiring and it's hard to drag and drop
- Bulk editing - things have to be edited individually once they've already been uploaded

- Extends storage options beyond local drives
- More intuitive search functions
- Easier organization of permissions
- Better on-going training for new and existing users
- Content Organization via the menu
- Thumbnail previews on search
- Quick and easy downloads
- After I select an asset, it opens on the preview. It's not intuitive to hit the right "X" at the top right. I often want to go to the previous page by hitting back but that takes me all the way back outside of my original search.
- No other suggestions at this time.

- The ability to quickly and easy store resources
- The ability to select very specific information to share
- Limit access to only certain clientele
- Extremely easy to use in the field
- I genuinely can not think of anything! I have tried many different resources in the past and nothing comes even close to this.

- Provide ways to organize folders easily.
- Fast uploads.
- Quick customer service feedback.
- It's sometimes hard to tell where multiple copies of files live in order to stay organized.
- It's not clear to someone like me, who isn't in charge of our account, who can move and delete files internally.
- There is no "set" rule for organization, so things get messy within coworkers folders.
