Over the years we have used many different companies. From Career Building, to glass door to Monster and google. All have been sucessful over time and then a new product and service comes and takes its place. Monster was the best company for a long period of time. Now Indeed is the leader in this type of service.

I have been to and coordinated many hiring events and job fairs over the years; this is the most efficient funnel I've been able to find. Over the course of 3 events, we interviewed over 200 people and made 65 hires, exceeding our goal.

The hiring platform will naturally mean that more candidates will be interview who are not a fit, since we don't hand-select who we would like to interview with. But the platform allows for us to save the resume review time to interview candidates, making for a quicker process for us, our clients, and the candidates.

LinkedIn Jobs have the advantage of applicants being able to see a company in detail before they apply by looking at the company profile, employees profile, and links to company websites/accomplishments. I think this has an advantage over Indeed from the applicant's point of view. From a potential employer's perspective, Indeed has the upper hand. You can easily filter the experience and traits you need in an applicant. There is no confusion with communication and it saves time by providing a large applicant pool from the very beginning.

With Indeed Hiring Platform we are more prepared for job fairs. The search option has not been that strong. Applicants are just not responding and some, when they do, ghost you. The other platforms are more like fishing nets whereas Indeed lets us bait easier.

indeed seems to be more user-friendly than Zip Recruiter and the customer service is more responsive when you have questions or concerns. I also like that indeed has the option of company branding which allows the candidate to review our company before applying. indeed also allows candidates to leave reviews on our page which I don't think is an option through Zip Recruiter.

DICE requires upfront costs for a specific set of postings for the whole year. The pricing is not flexible and our experience is that IT consultants aren't using DICE as much as they used to. We only used LinkedIn a little, but the costs and pricing flexibility also do not seem as good as Indeed.

We chose Indeed Hiring Platform because it offers the largest amount of potential candidates. Briefly have tried other services such as ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, etc. but Indeed Hiring Platform has always given us the most applicants. There are a lot of other bells and whistles with Indeed as well, but while these are nice, I find them to be more sales-friendly features vs. anything actually useful.

Indeed hiring provide a good experience for recruiting purpose. We can request candidates to apply while posting the jobs if they apply we can schedule the call directly and then screen the candidates also.

Brazen has a lot of bells and whistles that may not be the best suited for organizations that need a simple platform for advertising, hosting, and tracking events all in one. The lack of advertising included with Brazen is a huge drawback for a product that is already expensive.

Indeed, by virtue of the size of its resume database, is the Industry leader. There is no greater platform on the market, currently, that attracts as much talent and produces as many candidates. I have taken sales calls from many alternative hiring platforms and they are all mimicking Indeed and chasing to catch up to them.
