Our recruiters are reviewing applicants on indeed daily to help in filling our customer's open job orders. We are posting job-specific ads in an attempt to get qualified applicants to apply for our open positions. The job postings are constantly updated so that we can meet our clients needs and provide them with the service that they demand.

Again as a very small company the resources that use Indeed play multiple roles, but basically anyone with a project manager, analyst, operations, and HR background can easily support this platform. The available Indeed support resources (email and phone) are pretty good. The help library is okay, but not great.

The types of people we need to support out Indeed Hiring Events are Recruiters and Coordinators. The Recruiters will be jumping on with the candidates to give interviews, and the coordinators are who manage the event and anything that is needed during it as well as calibrating the results from these events. All will need to have good technology skills to navigate across several platforms as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Skills aren't necessary since Indeed doesn't accept a lot of HTML commands. This can be limiting in the modern recruiting space where we'd love to have badges on our employee profile, links to videos, etc. but we can only set this up on our main page and not on a per job basis.

We have one recruiter who uses Indeed Hiring on an on-going basis. Indeed hiring is super user friendly, so while they are a skilled recruiter, there are no special skills needed to use Indeed hiring and get a lot out of the platform. As long as you can write a job posting, you can use Indeed easily.
