Overall usability is very good, for our company it's been helpful for us to be able to navigate a large applicant pool. We've also found the prompts and icons to be very intuitive and aesthetic. Issues have mostly been on the applicant end and the interview option, while helpful, has also had some minor usability issues in the past.

I have personally found the Indeed platform to be easy and intuitive to use. I have had minimal training from our HR department but I can quickly review candidate's applications. I really like the 3 buttons available when screening, the check, question mark, and X symbols are a quick way to evaluate the candidates and adds a filter for easily sorting everyone.

indeed has a very user-friendly platform. It is very easy to navigate and you have the ability to rate the candidates that you have reviewed, and also keep track of candidates that have already been contacted. Indeed is probably the most user-friendly platform that you will find.

Overall it works great. The continuous innovation is nice, but also a pain as it sometimes feels like they add new features that you may not want or need, but you have to navigate through it to post you job. And then they move the sequence of the job posting process and it is not clear why or when it happened. I guess it is truly a SaaS and DevOps world nowadays! :-)

Indeed gives us the largest amount of applicants compared to other platforms. Basic postings are free, but Indeed is constantly trying to upcharge for making jobs sponsored to put at the top of the search results. It's hit and miss whether this is worth it or not. Service is basically non-existent unfortunately.
