We use Indeed for all of our hiring and it works just great. I wish there was a discount for non profits posting jobs because 250 for a one week job post is very expensive.

Would be nice to have a feature where you can respond to applicants through email instead of through the platform
For roles that need multiple interview sessions or a very large pool to choose from the features of this platform are not super accomodating
