The support team at indeed is very responsive and does a great job of helping you with any problems or questions you may have. They are also very helpful with setting up a budget for your postings to help in getting more applicants for skilled or hard-to-fill positions. We have used many job applicant platforms and indeed is by far the best to work with.

They are responsive whenever we have questions, but sometimes the support resources do not have all the information/knowledge. Our guess is that it is because they are innovating so quickly their support team is not always up-to-date on the latest information. But eventually they can find the information so I guess that is all that matters.

When we first started with Indeed, we had a dedicated account rep that we could reach out to with questions. They would often try to upcharge, but at least we could get solutions for issues. Unfortunately now Indeed has removed those positions and the only way to contact Support is chat and email. Many times we don't get an answer to questions, and have no escalation point for issues.
