Lack of reportablity and terrible
- It really hasn't helped me much because my facilities are in such rural settings and since you all do as the crow flies for the distance I get a lot of applicants that do not realize the facility they are applying for is more of an hour and 15-minute drive away from them.
- Indeed Resume is best for businesses having regular hiring needs.
- Effective tool to help in the hiring of qualified candidates throughout the year .

Indeed Resume! Find your Quality Candidates!
- Time to hire has been much quicker when able to access candidates quickly
- Candidate responsiveness seems to be higher when you make that initial contact vs them making the initial contact
- Candidate quality really varies - just because a resume looks good, doesn't always mean you have quality right in front of you but your chances are definitely higher.

- Time to hire has been greatly diminished compared to our legacy ATS.

- This is another site to check for applications.
- If you want to make it work for you, it can: decrease time to hire, increase candidate responsiveness, but you are missing out on a large section of applicants, thus decreasing your applicant quantity and quality.
