We use Infinity:
  • as CRM (customer base and funnel)
  • career development plan + execution
  • syllabus for our courses (we are a language school)
The biggest advantage of Infinity is its flexibility: we can put into it different types of data (numbers, dates, files, formulas, tags, etc) and view our data in different ways: as a table, Kansan board, list, timeline, chart, etc.
  • CRM
  • career plan
  • Course syllabuses: both master syllabus and it’s copies in particular groups
  • batch move of selected items
  • Dashboard with tasks assignment across all boards
  • Mobile app experience
I really like how we can operate out students base. It’s very intuitive to sort and group students according to language, advancement path, grade, language level, etc. it’s extremely helpful during enrollment season so we can see which client segments are doing well and which need additional handling.

I think it’s difficult to operate Infinity on the go. It’s best suited for desktops/laptops.

Inifnity helps ensure projects stay on track while helping team members maximize productivity. Additionally, this software offers comprehensive reporting capabilities so managers can get real-time insights into the performance of their entire team or individual projects.
Also a good thing is that is very cheap.

  • is cheap to add new members
  • we can detect when a project need more resources
  • shared information with clients
Infinity is a great project management software that is more cost-effective than other popular options. Its pricing plans are highly competitive as well; both individual plans and enterprise solutions are available at highly affordable prices so you don't have to break the bank for a project management system. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use so anyone can get started quickly.
The support for Infinity project management software is undeniably excellent. The customer service team have proven to be knowledgeable and efficient, responding quickly to queries with accurate solutions. Furthermore, the extensive online resources provide an array of tips and advice on using the product, helping users get the most out of it. What's more, the developers are always adding new features and improvements to make sure that the users stay ahead of the curve when it comes to their business needs. This also means that if there's ever an issue with a feature or functionality, they'll be quick to address it and even provide guidance on how to best use it in order to achieve a desired outcome.

Infinity is being used for multiple purposes, one of which is using it for databases and standard operating procedures, but its primary purpose is for project management. Infinity allows for multiple views, such as a table, kanban, list, Gannt, etc. and will enable you to keep track of your projects in the way you feel most comfortable.
  • Beautiful UI.
  • Really customizable to your needs.
  • No webhook support (yet).
  • No formula functions (yet).
If you require a project management system that's just extremely straightforward and doesn't give you the option for much customization (because you don't need it), then Infinity may not be for you. However, if you're looking for a project management system that can also double as a database or allow you to create standard operating procedures within, in other words, a versatile piece of software, you'll enjoy using Infinity.

  • Saves time.
  • Because of customization, it allows me to create different workflows depending on the project.
These can compare, but they also kind of don't. If you need a simple kanban project management tool, then you'll be just fine sticking with Trello. However, if you want a customizable and beautiful project management system, then Infinity would likely serve your needs.
Among the best I've ever seen for any app, I've used. The support is kind, friendly, and prompt. Not that I've needed too much support in the past, I know that if I need it, I'll be taken care of.
