I like how this Master Data Management connects all crucial data with the master file. Is always accountable for sharing the data over the business after we'll implemented. It provides a centralized data across the business entity with robust features and with latest architecture. Integration with ETL tools and EDC data catalog is great. Unparalleled support team very high skilled and always supportive.

Informatica MDM has proven it's worth in the organization by driving the revenue growth. It saves our lot of time by filtering out duplicate values and helps in solving critical business problems. It is very helpful when we deal with a lot of data. Apart from this we can populate data on various third party integration which is most useful case

Informatica MDM is well suited as it supports more than 80 SaaS sources and provides a good control over data management. While Azure Data Factory supports only few SaaS sources. Informatica MDM supports amazing integration with other sources and enables organization with great advantage over its competitors. Informatica MDM can cost a bit high subscription price but it's worth of it.

Whereas Informatica MDM is a complete package and very good software to draw lineage between systems, we on our team have earlier tried TDF. In contrast, Informatica has a better visual all around, strong metadata management, cool relationship mapping, and top of it: efficient customer service. Likewise, TDF has better access control, data capture & transfer, as well as data capturing.

After evaluating solutions from several vendors, the team decided to use Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog to classify and document data from its Cloudera cloud data warehouse and other critical sources. With better documentation of datasets in one central place, Banco ABC employees have more clarity into where the data comes from, who owns it, and whether it meets their needs.

Informatica MDM was chosen instead of Ignitum-ndf.com, Ignitum being better, due to price, company support, and, above all, because there are more installations that use Informatica MDM as a "golden data" solution. Another driving factor in choosing Informatica MDM was the cloud-native feature, which is associated with the Kubernetes container platform. The modeling of the data structures is quite intuitive and comfortable, not so much the report.

Highly functional features with Informatica MDM and configuration of its features and interface is a simple task. Implementation is easy without any help from their support team and data security and threats notification functions are responsive and creative reliable reports Cloud performance of its features is an excellent and secure environment for the data management is good.

1) Limitations in SAP MDG for managing our customer hierarchies and relationships. 2) SAP MDG is suitable for enterprises with a predominant SAP landscape and not for enterprises with a complex mix of SAP and non-SAP. 3) Overall data cleansing, harmonization, de-duplication, workflow capabilities of Informatica are stronger. 4) Integration capabilities are comparable, but SAP MDG had a few limitations on non-SAP integrations.

Cost is lower using Informatica Cloud MDM compared to others. Usability is about the same; support is better with the other two. If using Microsoft products, integration to Azure is seamless. AWS has hiccups but potential is there.

No other products were evaluated, except BizTalk, which lead to even more problems than Informatica MDM. Eventually, no other product was used. Instead, a completely different architecture is being implemented, where every application domain is connected to an MDM Oracle database through a microservice architecture. This makes an expensive product like MDM more or less obsolete. It does mean that in some cases it became very difficult to design the right interfaces since we lost the "flow design editor" in MDM

Informatica Cloud MDM was not available at the time of implementation. It has a direct connection with Salesforce, but as far as I can determine it is a solution that only addresses Salesforce and does not enable the sourcing of data from multiple external systems. Flat file support is lacking.
