Infosec IQ phishing solution
We use Infosec IQ phishing training every month. This is for enhancing awareness of IT risk. Our workers are able to judge if it is Spam mail or not. - Many types of Templates.
- Easy to use.
- Report feature is good for submitting to managers.
- Complicated to choose right templates.

We utilize the IT Security training videos, assessments, and posters provided by Infosec IQ. We also use the Phishing templates Infosec IQ offers and deploy phishing simulations to employees to assess company preparedness and awareness.

Great and easy to maintain product
We use it for security awareness between our users. I am responsible to add all the users and make sure they follow up the training. It is easy to add users and maintain them. When we chase on people that did not follow the training we sometimes get feedback that they do not understand the training because of a language barrier. That is the only thing we struggle with.
- Easy way to maintain users
- Easy to add new users
- Support multiple languages
- Video for different levels of employees

Authenticity at its Best
Infosec IQ ensures that our data devices like mobile/registered resources are secured from piracy, phishing, spoofing, etc. This ensures authenticated logins by alternate security set up /MFA either through push notification or security questions pre-registered by authenticated users while signing in for the first time. I recommend it to all organizations for safe and trusted data access.
- Data safety
- Trusted entry/logins
- Registered resources
- Accessibility
- Time of inactivity

Infosec, Easy to setup and fun to take Phishing
We have all of our staff who regularly use a computer as a part of their job function complete Infosec training once a year. As a public school, we want to reduce our exposure to Phishing, Ransomware, and such. We also want to help our staff not fall victim at home. We also deal with a LOT of PII and we need to remind staff that it needs to be protected.
- Brief and to the point
- Engaging graphics
- Just enough questions to check on learning
- Easy to use on the "Back End" with adding new users and scheduling trainings
- When re-sending a training invitation or checking on a staff member's progress, you must open the campaign, then click on the Information Icon. This is kind of cryptic.

Good and Reliable Product
I use Infosec IQ for Cybersecurity Awareness Training and for Phishing Simulation Campaigns. We are currently using the Infosec IQ platform to train around 4000 Metrolinx staff on various Cybersecurity Awareness related topics, such as social engineering, ransomware, business email compromise, etc. The Infosec IQ platform has provided exactly the type of education we were looking for since the content fits our business needs. The content is relevant and modern.
- Overall training content
- New just the facts series
- Customer service
- Development
- The user experience could be simplified.
- I feel like there are some complicated reporting functionalities.
- I would really like ADA compliance for all content.
- I wish the training content was more customizable.
- The user experience of deploying phish campaigns could be a little less complicated.

InfoSec IQ Review and Comments by an MSP
We use InfoSec IQ internally as security awareness training and phishing simulations for our company staff. This provides education to all users to form a baseline of security knowledge, identify common threats, and help reduce our organization's cyber-security risk. Security awareness training has been added to our internet and acceptable use policy as a requirement and is also a requirement of our cyber-security insurance policy.
- Phishing simulation configurations are extremely robust and customizable.
- AwareEd content library contains a vast amount of training modules and materials.
- Option to build your AUP\IUP as a training course.
- Phishing simulation sending configurations can be complex and cumbersome.
- Reports and report options could be better. More canned reports and better data sorting & filtering.
- Some training modules can be difficult to complete on iPads, Android, or other tablets with no mouse.
We are using this for security awareness training for our teachers and students. We are also using the phishing simulator to track our users' phish prone percentage. Students are encouraged to take courses as part of their digital driver's license. Users have given us first-hand information on how the training has helped them at home or with friends and family.
- Highly customizable training materials
- Wide variety of training modules for different industries
- We are able to provide security awareness training to our students
- The admin UI could use a little work. It is not the most intuitive
- Some of the branded modules seemed dated compared to their newer materials

- Content is excellent and topical.
- Content is constantly updated and provided in a number of languages
- Content is engaging and module selection is flexible enough to be brief or involved.
- Learner account management could use a merge function for duplicate accounts.

Great product, fantastic support and service.
We currently use INFOSEC IQ for staff training requirements and will be adding student support at some point soon. We have found our click rate has steadily gone down since using INFOSEC IQ.
We are also finding a higher percentage of staff reporting emails to us since starting this program (both real and simulated phishing emails).
We are also finding a higher percentage of staff reporting emails to us since starting this program (both real and simulated phishing emails).
- There is a wide array of video styles to fit all kinds of training needs.
- INFOSEC IQ are very good at working with us to get the most of their product within our needs.
- Customizing or creating our own phishing templates is easy to do.
- Support is top notch!
- We can use the content off line with our SCORM for yearly training requirements
- We have internal issues with certain wording (Training, Courses, and such). There are some landing pages where we cannot customize and change those words. We have found work arounds.

100% ROI in Infosec IQ
Infosec IQ is primarily used as a training tool for IT security within the organization.
- Trains users on how to identify threats
- Teaches an employee on what to do when faced with malware
- Simplified information on cybersecurity so users can better understand the threat
- So many topics to choose from the content library
- Training lessons are customizable to fit users
- The individualized grading system that we can send out to users at the end of the year through their emails so that they can monitor their progress and to encourage them more to improve on their skills
- Individualized analysis of a user's performance on a monthly or annual basis so that they can see their weak points
- Graduated learning modules to keep them interested and motivated (ex. they start as basic learners at the beginning then level up to more advanced skills, then finish as an expert at the end of the year)
Employee training for all employees to provide baseline training on cyber security. We use it as a solution to centrally manage IT training and awareness, as well as Phishing simulation/testing.
- Facilitates training modules
- Provides good pre-built training courses
- Tracking and reporting of progress
- Simulated phishing scenarios
- Wish could integrate more closely into our internal network (so people don't need to go to another 3rd party site to use it).
- More reminders to users to complete their training
- Offer services to manage the platform each month for us

An unbeatable product for awareness education in the workplace.
Infosec IQ is great for educating our employees on the dangers of security when it comes to their inboxes. It's a great tool to test my peers and get a sense of engagement on who might be more likely to fall victim to horrible phishing scams.
- Pairs well with AD.
- Collects data and interprets it nicely.
- Provides loads of default options to choose from.
- Add better transparency of who clicks on emails but no links etc.

Good product, room for improvement
We use Infosec IQ primarily for phishing simulation tests of our employees and training. Security is paramount in the banking industry and our users are out first line of defense so we want them well trained on identifying phishing emails. When someone clicks on a simulated phishing email, we assign them training through Infosec IQ as well to further their education. We also schedule annual training for all employees. We use both the simulated phishing emails and training for all staff.
- Realistic simulated phishing emails
- Large selection of simulated phishing emails
- Engaging training
- Navigating the administration pages is not very intuitive
- Reporting is not great

Infosec was right for us!
We use Infosec IQ here for our phishing campaigns and training to help limit the risk of security issues related to spam and credential phishing emails. This tool gives us the insight to provide necessary training to those in the company who are not so security minded and provide a metric we can show clients to help with compliance.
- Phishing campaign is easy to set up and use
- Providing training modules is easy for offenders to brush up on skills
- Provides peace of mind and an easy way to submit suspected phishing emails to our ticketing system for review
- I'd like to see more offerings to take advantage of as a backup for protection
- Faster support responses when issues do arise
- More integration with other systems for better supportability

A Well Designed Security Awareness Tool
We looked at, and tested, several different solutions for security awareness training and settled on Infosec IQ. We were primarily interested in sending out phish campaigns, and while that is still our main use of the product, we find the PhishNotify Outlook add-on to be of great value as well. This gives our users a one-click option to notify [the administration] of a suspicious email and remove the message from their inbox. Infosec IQ has been well received.
- Ease of use. Implementing PhishNotify with Office 365 was a breeze as is creating and sending phishing campaigns.
- Phish templates. There are many templates to choose from, all of which are well designed. Almost too well designed in some cases.
- Reporting is surprisingly well done and comprehensive.
- No major faults come to mind.

Infosec IQ - great tools for company without where to start off with security training
We used infosec IQ as part of our onboarding security awareness training. It helps us to ensure we are in compliance with the ISO 27001 certification requirement.
- Awareness Training.
- Security test.
- Security Awareness overall scoring.
- Will need to improve on SSO and SCIM to enable automation.
- The invitation link should not be unique as the user will delete the email.

Infosec
We use Infosec for our Phishing and training for email. This product has done wonders for us and has brought email phishing and email awareness to our employees. I saw more users actually stopping and asking to look at certain emails and ask me if this looked weird to me like it did to them. That makes this product worth it.
- Scheduling of campaigns for phishing emails.
- Easy to upload new learners with AD sync.
- The ability to schedule training that is short and concise is great.
- Some of the email templates are a little lame.
- The training needs more comedy.

Infosec Streamlines Cyber Training and Assessment for MCPASD
Malicious actors have intensified their focus on compromising educational institutions and we have a large staff that is very busy, and often very distracted, making them excellent targets for social engineering and other techniques. We use Infosec IQ to provide our staff with relevant cybersecurity training that is easy to understand and engaging in addition to real-world tests to help them assess their understanding and level of vulnerability. Improving the knowledge and awareness of our staff is key to protecting our infrastructure and data.
- Engaging and relevant training materials.
- Realistic tests with enhanced training.
- Very strong support.
- Detailed reporting.
- Course and Campaign design and set up could be streamlined.
- Reporting dashboards could provide better drill down tools.
- Better tools to correlate training response/completion with failed phishing tests.

Infosec IQ Ticks Many Boxes If You Need Phishing Testing
Our company does Cyber Security consulting in greater New England. I have used Infosec IQ with several of our clients and have found it to be the best product to train employees in avoiding phishing and social engineering attacks. One of my clients with 330 employees went from a 46% success rate on attacks to below 2% in less than a year. It is a fantastic product.
- The system is easy to set up and administer.
- The statistics provided are easy to understand.
- Picking out your "problem children" is easy and effective.
- Adding new employees is a two minute process.
- My only problem with the system is there is so much to work with that I sometimes have trouble remembering where something was I wanted to use, as say a phishing email.

Great Software
We use this software to help educate our staff in phishing exercising. Additionally, we train our staff in general internet security. The training software is very informational. We've used it and pushed it out to our staff for our cyber security awareness week. Their training includes a dashboard where you can assign staff tasks and they can learn at their own pace.
- Phishing exercises
- Staff training
- Education
- An optional training rather than forcing it on our employees
- Some of the phishing campaigns are too easy
- Some of the phishing campaigns are too hard
