InfoSecIQ was selected and deployed by my colleagues before joining the team so I am not confident in answering this question. However, based on my experience while dealing with Infosec IQ, It provides good training materials with animation and good phishing campaigns. Furthermore, tracking is a good and a must feature for us.

We did not demo any products before moving to this platform over the recommendation of a larger organization we are part of. We found Infosec IQ to match what we needed in our MSP program stack from day 1. We have seen a massive increase in the customers that decide to engage us following the use of this product.

KnowBe4 is more mature in certain areas, but less flexible in others. For example, we left KnowBe4 because we needed the ability to have better customization options. However, KnowBe4's modules are slightly more polished and have a higher production value. Overall, you need to find the solution that works best for your company, and for us this meant moving to Inforsec IQ.

It has been a while since I evaluated the other products that I cannot recall all of the other ones (one was Knowb4). I do know for the most part all of them pretty much did the same overall thing, while some had features others did not. In the end, the price, support and satisfaction of the product demo made INFOSEC IQ our choice.

  • Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
With Microsoft Office, we had more issues than Microsoft could handle. With Infosec IQ working alongside Microsoft, we are able to catch a lot more and block even more.

We found KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to be pretty comparable in terms of ability. [In the end, we determined that] Infosec IQ [is] a bit more polished and easier to use [but] does come at a cost. The implementation was more straightforward with Infosec IQ when integrating [it] with Office 365 though neither was difficult.

Mimecast trainings were funnier and kind of lightened the mood that users were training. infosec was a less expensive product and I liked the product. Price was the determining factor when we were choosing a product for this purpose. they were worth the risk as we had not heard of them prior to choosing them.

Infosec IQ has fit perfectly the needs we had regarding phishing tests. I tracked down info on several companies and Infosec IQ was the best with regards to ease of use, set up, and easily understood. The other products provided by Infosec were just icing on the cake.

Infosec [IQ] has a lot more prebuilt templates and campaigns. It was very easy to set up and was up and running within a day. Their extra steps like the google extension and staff education [are] great. GoPhish is free, every campaign has to be manually set up, it takes a lot to make it work.

Infosec [IQ] is lightyears ahead of cofense. They did not even have training videos on their platform. The cost for cofense also went up by nearly triple for education. Creating phishing emails was a chore and some things were not possible. Infosec [IQ] has much better templates and creating emails from scratch is a ton easier.
