Support has been good thus far. We haven't really had any issues outside of simple "how to..." questions. Support has been good at getting back to us quickly when we have reported issues in the past.

Our account rep and their support team are very responsive to support requests. If the rep doesn't have the answer, it goes to the team and I hear back from them within minutes and usually have a resolution within a business day.

Support is quick to respond and always available. They are courteous, very patient, and highly knowledgable in their field. Follow-up emails from account managers are done monthly to monitor performance and program success.

Have been responsive to any questions. Haven't needed too serious of support so far. I do not believe we have fully used the full offering of Infosec to the level we should yet. Support tries to get us to do more but we have been challenged to have the time to do more with it.

From the beginning, Infosec has been great in terms of support. From sales to implementation, to follow up they have exceeded our expectations. The CSM model they have really provides a white glove type service at an affordable and cost-effective price. We have had to call support on a matter but they have been great to work with in that regard as well.

The Sales team was supportive and easy to work with. I was able to decide what level of service I would require rather quickly. I did not need much support during setup or deployment, however, the initial online orientation meeting with the support engineer went smoothly, and answered all of my questions. I reached out a few times with emails that were answered in a timely fashion.

Our account manager reaches out regularly to check-in and makes sure we are getting value from the product. And, this isn't a meeting just to try and sell more licenses either. Your account manager is looking to help you integrate the software into your culture and get value for your company.

We've gotten great help when we needed it. When our IT guy left who managed security, we had limited knowledge internally with all of the configuration and implementation. Support helped get us running quickly. They spent an hour or so with the new IT person and they hit the ground running. That was super easy.
