If you are an entrepreneur, and want to sell your product/services you need this tool.
- Linking tasks with different contacts, or some data. This could be done automatically (linking contacts from the same organization, or Opportunities with Contacts And Organizations). You can do it, but it has to be manually, and not automatically.
- I belive it could have a tutorial for reports. Or make them more visual (graphs)
- It could be easier to assign priority to tasks.

- I have never bumped into any roadblocks of this sort in Insightly. I have always been amazed at how flexible and logical it is.
Start-up company using Insightly
- When working on some items within a Contact, email for instance, you are taken out of the Contact when done. I prefer to stay w/in the Contact.
- The default settings in the Contact screen are usually NOT what we use. For instance, the phone, email and address default to the Work setting. I wish I could change the default so I didn't have to re-set each time.
Using Insightly at a small non-profit
- No functions are particularly difficult or cumbersome to perform if the functionality is included.

- Pipelines took me a little bit to figure out how to set up in the order I wanted the steps
- Organizing tags so they are the way we need to see them took some creativity
