The only missing thing at this time that would make our implementation complete would be a tighter integration with Xero allowing us to send quotes and report on quotes from Insightly!
Xero has, excuse the pun, ZERO reporting on quotes sent!!!
They are both very good products, however it's the little things that make good GREAT!

support is super helpful and reactive. layout and logic helps. would recommend anyone implementing that they take time to plan and understand use of custom fields, tags, and workflow. YouTube videos gives you a quick overview of what is possible for the functionality. overall easy process in all
well done to all.

You always need to be clear on your basic needs, but if it meets that, use it. This thing is a winner.

This program is by far the best CRM experience I have had, ever, and I have used many programs from the very simple to the very complex. In my book this program is a winner.
