It’s made managing our contacts, leads and opportunities so much more manageable and easier. We appreciate all the functionality and support. And the fact that it’s so user friendly and laid out easily. You don’t have to have a nasa degree to understand the crm functionality! Which is so useful!

Yes, it has definitely made our details process easier to maintain. And, I forgot to mention, we also use the service module to manage a big portion of our work in a very effective way. It used to be managed on a spreadsheet, so Service and the auto emails has been a lifesaver.

Insightly is a great tool for optimizing workflows and performance. The pipeline feature is very helpful for tracking each step in a workflow. It also allows us to keep better records of activity and contact information. This increases our performance. My team's efficiency is massively improved by Insightly. It also allows for team collaboration and increases accountability.

The automated workflows and the App Connect tool are our organization's primary go to when it comes needed automate processes or communication action steps. The tool already comes with workflow automation but the app connect tool is the cherry on top. It allows for automation of complex workflows and triggers without the need to purchase custom development.

There are many fields from the CRM that we can use to target specific audiences within the Marketing platform. We can create forms in Insightly Marketing that can be shared on our website or in advertising that then can be converted into a Lead in Insightly CRM with the intel filled out based on certain parameters. A specific user or lead assignment rule can be used to notify someone to reach out to the Lead. Everything flows together very well.

Insightly has reduced the number of software platforms that our enterprise requires to operate efficiently. Insightly has helpful plugins with other relevant pieces of software that we use such as PandaDoc and QuickBooks. By keeping all of these tied together our enterprise can pass customer projects, opportunities, and invoicing throughout our business.

The workflow automations are excellent here, this integrates well with design and communications tools that our vital in our business. There has been very limited downtime over the course of the year using this software, and we have automated all of our customer communications for 1000s of monthly customers. It is a powerful tool that comes highly recommended.

Insightly is connected to MailChimp and emails are automatically sent to the customer as their order moves in the pipeline. This gives the customer a clear picture of what is going on with their order and increases the trust they put in us to get their breast pump shipped out as quickly as possible. Improving these customer relationships helps us retain customers that keep coming back.

As a CRM, Insightly serves our needs as a centralized place to store information about our clients. We have set up workflows within the system to assist with automating emails and certain pieces of information we frequently need.

We have not optimized many of the marketing and service options provided within Insightly as they are not included within our package.

Insightly allowed us to spend less time individually with outreach as the platform allowed us to customize messages and schedule mailings without regular input from each employee. The messages were personalized and were sent in varying intervals so that the recipients were unaware that the messages were "programmed". It freed our time to focus on follow up and to engage potential clients in other ways.

Workflows have simply become part of our organization since beginning the use of Insightly four years ago. We are able to streamline our work and really see the benefits of implementing this system by utilizing a variety of Insightly tools and streamlining our workforce. The tool has improved our relationships with customers and partners because we are able to track details about everyone and make sure we nurture those relationships.

Our organization has been able to have less meetings, spend less time tracking down details and has been able to share information between departments with ease using Insightly. We have set up customized reports that summarize the work each person does and then we turn around and present to the client. We consistently capture and pull the same data from each work project and can see nice reports individually or collectively.
