We continually find new uses for Insightly and new ways we can improve our daily usage, so we don't foresee using another product in place of this CRM tool. We are happy with Insightly and plan on renewing when we're due to renew in July at this time. Thank you.

I feel it is our best option for the money that we have explored. I'd still like to see intergation with a very robust phone solution (Insightly Voice was a bust for us as we have needs for lots of phone features). A specialized prospecting module for the sales team would be helpful, but for now we make custom list views.

As a team we find it's not the most user friendly piece of software. We do however all recognise the need for a system like this to help log client interactions and task management. I feel we would consider to renew but we would look at other options also before making a decision.

Insightly does its job, this is the second company that I have used this app, and it continues to be great. It would be better but, there are some small tweaks to give it the additional 2 points. Also, the ease at which we can get started without incurring a heavy expense. This is great for organizations that need to get started.

We like the ease of use and integration of Insightly with our email system. Also, the unfortunate truth about CRM software is that it tends to be a roach motel. Once you get your data in, you need to keep using it. While we like the product, we know we can't easily get away from it either.

Insightly has made some changes that make it tedious and time consuming to use. These changes indicate that they do not have a good grasp on the real world of selling. The Videos on how to create reports do not give good or detailed information about how tp create reports. Additionally, the search feature does not always work properly.

Love the ease of Insightly - we use it on a daily basis to check on the progress of projects, to add and change contact information, and for emailing customers. I've only been using it for about a year and it is very easy to navigate and learn the ins and outs.

It's a one-stop database: anything to do with marketing, sales, communication is here! It integrates well with MailChimp, Quickbooks and my Google Calendar. I'm learning new functionality tips constantly via Insightly's on-line tools & video. I'm very pleased with the Insightly product and see no reason to switch to another CRM!

I think Insightly has a ton of attributes that could benefit any sales environment. It's integration with Google makes it seamless for me. It's not perfect, but the fact that it's very adjustable lets me know they listen to their customers. And that's just awesome. I can't wait to use it again.

We're near the end of an extended 'test drive,' and we like what we see.

How we go forward with Insightly will depend mostly on which aspects of our business develop faster. Amazingly Insightly worked for us all along the way through some significant changes through our business model, and this is a very valuable quality. It's minimalist and uncomplicated approach, and very intuitive interface are invaluable, and would make it a top contender anywhere I need a CRM.
