Zoho; it didn't work for what I wanted. We used several modules and individualy, they worked as advertised, but the modules didn't work together. We had to input data already in the CRM to lead management and then again into a project. It was time consuming and frustrating. We wanted one product that worked seamlessly from beginning to end, where the CRM, lead management, and project management communicate to and work with each other.

Insightly replaced features on our admin website as well as spreadsheets and calendars. Prior to using Insightly we were storing and managing information in spreadsheets, word documents and files on our computers. Insightly has allowed us to manage files and tasks all in one place with the ability of seeing at a glance the progress of tasks and projects.

Replaced SugarCRM that was running in house.
The SugarCRM was so slow on my systems, and i didnt want to start the migration process as i was not too much happy with it either way.
Prior to that I had a lot of experience with SalesForce, but it was an overkill in terms of the system we needed.
