Intellect is mainly being used by the Quality Department but is used through the whole organization. It address employee training, calibration, nonconformance, audit management, tech data, expense reporting and several other areas of the business.
  • Ability to add to the out of the box templates for more business applicable apps.
  • Intellect University/Bloomfire
  • Implementation advisor to assist with initial setup
  • Calibration App reporting
Intellect improves time management with having all of the quality aspects of the business in one location with all departments having accessibility.

We purchased Intellect
to manage our quality management system. During discovery and implementation, we
realized how powerful this tool actually was and set a roadmap to implement
this across many divisions of our company. We currently use the database for QMS alone. We are deploying a sales-driven module this month. And by next
quarter will implement production, finance, and HR functions. It is a very
powerful tool.

  • Training guides would be beneficial
  • More videos showing workflows and some customization
We have used
Intellect to better manage the flow of our audits, findings, and corrective
actions. We have been able to see gaps in our training requirements, trends occurring
from complaints/non conformances, etc. We have benefited greatly during our in-house system and customer audits. Intellect provides our data at the click of a
button.
