IntelliMagic Vision enhances the RMF and SMF data and applies its built-in knowledge to understand how the z/OS architecture handles workloads. - The voluminous data is a challenge for all tools. As always, improved response time is always appreciated.

- The provision of hundreds of sample reports, combined with the ability to drill down from each report, is both powerful and a real time-saver.
- I love the ability to take an existing report, customize it to my needs, and quickly export it to a PDF or Powerpoint, or spreadsheet.
- The Health Insight reports are great for helping me quickly hone in on aspects of system performance that require further investigation, without having to browse through hundreds of reports that simply report that everything is 'normal'.
- I wish that the CPU reports would show CPU utilization for LPARs that are not included in the set of SMF records that were provided.
- I wish the axis labels were a lot larger, so my old eyes could read them.
- I would love the ability to easily import and export report definitions from one IntelliMagic Vision for z/OS instance to another.
- I would love to be able to see which SMF fields were used for each of the values that IntelliMagic Vision for z/OS provides.
- I would love to be able to create a report containing metrics from more than one IntelliMagic Vision for z/OS table.

- IntelliMagic Vision for z/OS is easy to use for beginners and experts.
- Search and drill down helps to find overview and deep dive.
- IntelliMagic has implemented expert knowledge into Vision and the rating of the report is really helpful.
- Predefined reports can be modified very easily and individually adapted reports (replacement of old SAS programs) are also possible without any problems
- Most enhancement requests to IntelliMagic Vision for z/OS were implemented really fast.
- Collections and dashboards (private and shared). "Change All" of Date/Time ranges or filters to collections and/or dashboards would help.
- We changed from daily data processing to hourly data processing (near realtime). More granular intervals are desirable.

- As a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud solution, IntelliMagic Vision allows our infrastructure engineers to use the tool to manage our resources - rather than managing the installation/customization, and upgrade of the tool itself.
- IntelliMagic allows our organization to build on the wealth of IBM's SMF statistical data, providing a 'force multiplier' effect that empowers our organization's technical staff to learn much more about the resources they're responsible for managing simply by using the tool's intuitive navigational interface.
- IntelliMagic improves our mainframe infrastructure team's productivity and collaboration/cohesiveness through shared dashboard technology.
- We've uncovered a few bugs in more-complex calculations in a few reports in IntelliMagic Vision that we've needed the vendor to address.
- We've experienced minor issues with having to occasionally retransmit (FTP) our statistical data to IntelliMagic's cloud servers.
- Periodically, we've experienced "lags" in the turnaround time from when our SMF statistical data is cut, to the time we're able to view the data in the IntelliMagic Vision tool.
- The quality of the downloadable/exported reporting charts from IntelliMagic Vision needs to be improved to the point we'd feel comfortable with using those report images in executive leadership PowerPoint presentations. The image quality of IntelliMagic Vision graphs/charts needs to be comparable to those we can produce in MS Excel.
