- The CSM is a wonderful collaborator and acts as a liaison between Intellimize's engineering team. With their help, I am able to better refine my own testing roadmap.

- VWO and Google Optimize
The level of support for Google Optimize is entirely limited, especially if you're using the free version of that product, and I am skeptical of paying Google for the paid version of it since the largest value of the paid version of Optimize, is to simply run more tests.
VWO has amazing heatmap and reporting, but severely lacks any Machine Learning or firmographic data. While their support is exceptional, it's not the same as having a dedicated CSM to help plan a roadmap.
It's also helpful to note that VWO, Google Optimize, and Intellimize have issues with single page applications. Static websites are likely to run entirely fine without issue.
VWO was great and had a functional WYSIWIG that malfunctioned on our website and couldn't render our experiments as we would have liked. That being said, Intellimize was able to address these issues and deliver experiences that we wanted--but just not at the speed we would have hoped or was sold on.
- Product Features
- Product Usability
During a trial, we didn't achieve 42x, we did achieve enough ROI that Intellimize was still a great partner and powerful contributor to our technology stack so we decided to stay on.
The machine learning functionality was also very intriguing and offered a seemingly powerful host of features, but given the nature of our demand-generation team, personalizations over insights was less preferable than driving statistical significance for our core audiences. Therefore, we ended up not using the ML as much to our advantage. eCommerce teams will likely benefit from Intellimize more than we would.
