Interactions Digital Roots collects conversations from across the web and not only captures keyword and
sentiment analysis but also includes customer intent. The vendor says that this
allows the platform
to identify and route conversations in a precise and highly customizable way.
Using Machine Learning and Natural Language Understanding, the system can
prioritize and categorize actionable content, automatically routing it to
workgroups (queues) organized by customer assistance, marketing support or
contact support (conversations directed at a specific brand or social handle).
Interactions Digital Roots can gather information from both owned and public sites including mainstream social platforms, as well as harder-to-reach forums, blogs, news and review sites.
