Invoiced was never able to successfully launch at Kanopy, even after 9 months of attempting. We held numerous pre-sales calls with their team to ensure our needs were properly explained, however, it later became quite apparent that Invoiced has many flaws in its software and is not robust enough to handle Enterprise-level companies. We purchased the Enterprise license in an attempt to provide a payment portal to customers, automate collections for thousands of receivables, and provide payment history on-demand to our customers for reconciliation purposes. Invoiced was supposed to sync with Netsuite out of the box, but the reality is that the only way this occurs is if a company elects to make absolutely zero changes to their instance, and every feature remains default to standard settings. Such a company that doesn't have a single unique setting simply does not exist, and Invoiced lacks the expertise and preparedness to work with larger companies. In fact, they do not even have a real implementation team. We were placed into working with the founder of the company, who did not have any plan for us, and fired from the hip every week trying to navigate.
