TimeForceII is perfect for our business, we have one administrator. It takes minimal effort after initial setup of the web-based system. If an individual has problems they email the administrator, if the problem is something that TimeForceII support is going to have to troubleshoot then they can call TimeForceII support. Support will login to their system to see if they can fix the problem. Most of the time it is a simple fix for the administrator.
