- Customer Service- You know the people who assist you. No more on hold for an hour only to find the person on the other end is not knowledgeable. You have a team.
- People Analytics platform is robust and customizable.
- Performance Management was easy to use and customize.

- The only improvement would be reporting within the HRIS. Sometimes it's hard to get exactly what you need from canned reports.

- Timekeeping is synced with payroll to process payroll smoothly.
- Benefits of being able to be offered through time keeping allowing employees know they are able to participate
- They offer a program called Zayzoon that has helped our employees receive a portion of their pay before payday, assisting many of them to be able to endure the financial turbulence that can randomly occur.
Cons
- The design and functionality are very plain and less intuitive than they could be.
- They have significantly increased training materials, speeding up the learning curve.
The best HCM Platform I have ever used - Hands down!
