Scalability with Marketing autonomy.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Scalability and Global Localization: We currently operate in 40 markets and across 32 languages. Managing this level of localization complexity used to be a massive challenge, but Iterable makes it seamless. Thanks to its powerful Catalogs feature and the flexible logic of Handlebars, we have been able to centralize and automate our localization process. This allows us to inject hyper-personalized, dynamic content at scale without endlessly duplicating templates. Marketing Team Empowerment: The impact on our agility has been incredible. We have gained 80% autonomy for our marketing team. The platform is intuitive and robust enough that the team can easily create complex audience segmentations and build workflow automations (Journeys) on their own, without constantly relying on engineering or technical support. Business Growth: The ultimate result of this independence and ability to scale? We have grown the revenue of our CRM channel exponentially. We can iterate quickly, reach the right user in the correct language, and optimize our conversions in record time.

Pros

  • Localization: we use Catalogs + Handlebars logic to personalize content across 40 locales, increasing CTR by +34% YoY since 2020.
  • Real-time data using Custom events + Datafeeds: in the travel industry, timing is key. Thanks to these features, we can show the specific offer we have available as soon as we receive it.
  • Personalization: thanks to Handlebars + Custom events, we can personalize communications to reflect our users' data and behavior and offer the specific product they are looking for.

Cons

  • Adapting the library to the latest version of Android apps, cause we have been having some troubles with Push Notifications.

Return on Investment

  • Increase CTR +34% YoY since 2020.
  • Increase +190% os CRM channels' revenue.
  • Gain back 80% of our Marketing team autonomy from the Dev team.

Robust Omnichannel platform with advanced personalization.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Iterable is our omnichannel automation platform that serves various team needs across strategic segments. It addresses the need to orchestrate multiple channels without conflicts and personalise these messages. This delivers optimal UX for our clients and allows us to maintain high messaging quality without burning channels or rendering them ineffective.

Pros

  • Personalization of the messages sent via Iterable.
  • Multi language management.
  • Improving workflow for teams operating with Iterable reducing resources spent.
  • Reduces the need of developer resources.
  • orchestrating omni channel marketing.

Cons

  • In-app channel, although it works, has some shortcomings in UI functionality or system backend logic, which suggests it is built on an email send-out architecture.
  • Drag and drop editor has its own limitations - it isn't perfect. You can't create some basic designs.

Return on Investment

  • Time to market has decreased by multiple days, and resources spent to launch initiatives have decreased compared to various alternatives.
  • Multiple initiatives that deliver positive ROI have been launched, which couldn't be done on the previous sendout platform, thanks to Handlebar templating language, the data catalog function, and iterable CS resources.

Most incredible UI for a CRM tool one of the best ESPs out there

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Iterable to send CRM across 30+ countries across Europe. This serves as an important channel that brings in hundreds of millions of incremental GOV for the business every quarter by activating, reactivating and preventing churn for respective consumer cohorts.

Pros

  • Beautiful, intuitive UI for CRM marketers
  • Easy to use reporting suite
  • Game-changing add to list feature that competitors like Braze lack

Cons

  • Major area is reliability for large scale volume. Time and time again, Iterable has shown downtime as well as issues at times of scaled load that would result in sends to be super delayed for recipients

Return on Investment

  • With well-measured holdout groups, we can safely report hundreds of millions of incremental GOV through Iterable / our CRM channels

Pros

  • Segmentation is easy to use
  • Experiments based on goals
  • Recommendation model

Cons

  • New release emails to keep us in the loop
