Easy to use, easy to teach, user-friendly platform. Helps your team stay organized and on track of requests/candidates. Integrates smoothly [with] any other external or internal tools that you might have as part of your recruitment process. JazzHR has more functionality than both Indeed and BambooHR. We had previously used Indeed, which works well enough, but the additional tracking that JazzHR offers, in addition to posting on ZipRecruiter and other paid and unpaid sites, was a dealbreaker for us in attempting to recruit from the widest range of sources possible. BambooHR was an enticing option, but we were simultaneously deciding on a new HRIS/Payroll system to transition, and when we decided to switch from Paychex to another system (not BambooHR), it did not make sense to use BambooHR's system as the features would be redundant.

Like most ATS platforms, Jazz has similar features, but came in for significantly cheaper than the competition and totally sufficient for the needs of our team. With our Zenefits integration discount and a non-profit discount it was a very clear choice. The startup / activation process was very simple with no implementation fees.

It is pretty similar to what I have used before. I like JazzHR because they are always trying to make things easier and add new features for us. I love when things can become more seamless, or something becomes easier, so it is nice that JazzHR is always working on that.

It is a user friendly interface that makes the tool easy to use. The tool can be scale up from startups and growing companies to presidential companies. JazzHR tool is not too expensive as you can customise the tool according to company's needs. It can integrate plenty of job hiring markets which is not available for some other alternatives.

We utilized GoCo prior to JazzHR and the broader functionality and usability of JazzHR made us switch. Being able to track everything in one portal easily without any major downtime for setup meant that we could utilize JazzHR right out of the box and start posting job recs and interviewing excellent candidates right away.

I have used Taleo, Recruiting.com, Zip Recruiter, and Zoho Recruit. JazzHR is by far the best ATS I have used. It is much more user friendly compared to the other platforms. It has a lot more functionality. It is highly customizable so it makes the recruiting process seamless with very little effort.

Recruiterbox is a great ATS however it is more basic than what JazzHR offers. Their interfaces are equally user-friendly and pricing is similar also. However, JazzHR has more functions (e-signatures, auto-reject, more in-depth reporting) that we needed in order to improve our hiring process.

JazzHR was the most user-friendly and not too robust for our small company. I also liked JazzHR's dashboard and how you can see everything on one screen. The price was also very reasonable for JazzHR where the others were very expensive.

I only used one other applicant tracking system in the past and it was My Staffing Pro. I didn't like the way this was used at my last company and it was not as customizable as JazzHR, but this was years ago.

JazzHR is still the most simple for the user out of all 3 other products I have used. Lawson is a dinosaur and expensive. ADP has very minimal features and setup is not user friendly or easily customizable. Paycom is simple but lacks a lot of integration with other systems.

We looked at BambooHR, some of the big enterprise solutions, and using free tools like Trello. You get what you pay for. And for us, Jazz was the perfect cost for what we wanted. We could run interviews ourselves and we didn't need all the bells and whistles, but we also enjoyed having an account manager to walk us through things when something went wrong.

As with the question on whether or not I would recommend the product, it depends. No two customer needs are the same so I always encourage companies to develop a matrix of wants and needs and ensure that the demonstrations of the products are tailored to those. For the investment the system is good. I was not on the team that selected JazzHR at my current employer so I cannot comment on what other systems were evaluated.

I have used similar sized systems such as PC Recruiter that have far better functionality and support.
