I use Jiminny to create better opportunities for sales coaching. This has completely changed the way we communicate with prospects. I honestly do not know how I lived this long without a platform like Jiminny. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a leg up.

The Customer Success team uses Jiminy. We use it to record meetings to share with clients, record detailed notes straight to their account in Salesforce (via integration), and coach teammates on calls.

Jiminy is great for client-facing meetings where a download is not an easy request (i.e. you have to download zoom, etc. otherwise). Great for teams who coach regularly and want to keep details on each meeting for each and every client interaction.
  • After an employee left the company, I was able to research client meetings and gain valuable insights into their relationship that helped me move forward on the accounts seamlessly.
Doesn't require downloading like the others, has playlists and recordings that are easy to use and share. None of the other platforms have coached.
