What is JobAdder?

JobAdder comes equipped with all of the functionalities of an automated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) saving recruiters time and speeding up the hiring process in general. Stakeholders can create a job posting and JobAdder will post it to any of the relevant job board platforms (including social media) instantly. When applicants start applying for these jobs, the platform will automatically collect all applicant details and add it to the system. Within JobAdder's ATS platform, recruiters can view applicants, review resumes, schedule interviews and keep track of each candidate’s progress through the hiring process.

JobAdder’s Applicant Tracking System contains more advanced features as well to improve any company’s hiring process. Users can sync any communications happening through JobAdder with either their Gmail or Outlook accounts to make sure they don’t miss a single message. JobAdder’s ATS has a corresponding mobile app that can also be key in keeping response times low improving the overall experience of the candidates. For organizations with a large volume of applicants, JobAdder has deployed advanced search functionalities in order to easily find the desired candidates. JobAdder is our central business application. We use it to manage our opportunities pipeline, jobs and job advertisements, applicant workflow, and as a candidate and client CRM. Everyone in our organization uses the system. The software is easy to use, so it makes our jobs much less administrative so we can focus on high-value activities. The partner integrations provide additional and robust functionality, as well.

  • We have eliminated tons of data entry which allows us to focus more time on high-value tasks and allows us to get more work done in less time.

Many of the products we have evaluated are not available on the list. We've looked at Mindscope Cura, we've used Mindscope (before Cura), we were long-time users of Sendouts (before Bullhorn acquisition), and we were on a product called Compas for a few years before moving to JobAdder. JobAdder excels in product features/capabilities, ease of use, and incredible support. We have been very pleased with our selection!

JobAdder is used by the talent acquisition team for all recruitment activities across the entire business. Hiring managers are also able to use the system via the intuitive and easy-to-use Hiring Manager Portal. Where we previously had to send CVs and get feedback from managers via a mess of back-and-forth email chains, JobAdder allowed for all recruitment activities, documents, and notes to stay within the one system. This assisted with transparency, speed, and efficiency - and allowed for flexibility in reassigning jobs to different recruiters since they could quickly understand the status of a recruitment job.

JobAdder is initially well suited to recruitment agencies and those concerned with tracking placements and fees, however, I've found the JobAdder team to be attentive to their customers and agile; they are quickly making huge strides in being an excellent choice for internal recruitment teams. The rate at which system improvements and additions have been rolled out has been astonishing and exciting. The mobile app is user-friendly and useful, and the third-party integrations allow for a customized workflow that suits your workflow and budget requirements.

This software has been beneficial by incorporating the whole team into our decision-making when it comes to new designs and ideas. So far, we have been able to include all individuals in the organization to have a say in the candidates coming through the system. The cloud system allows access to all profiles from anywhere, which has been a significant factor due to the pandemic/ remote work as a whole.

This software is used to implement multiple applicant tracking systems. Because of the cloud system, access to profiles is easy and can be shared amongst the company as a whole. It is well-suited in generally simplified companies and those that may need to work from home due to personal reasons. This may not be too beneficial in a setting with a large number of company members due to too many opinions.

PCRecruiter was our original choice for a software company to use because of the price and multiple reviews. However, when it comes to accessibility, JobAdder is the clear winner. While it may not be as customizable as some of the other companies out there, it is easy to use amongst the group, can be accessed anywhere, and keeps documents and files organized.
