We are currently in the process of trying to link Salesforce to JobDiva CRM. It has not been a smooth integration. There is a feeling that there is more for us to utilize in Salesforce, but we can't leave behind the ATS functionality on the recruiting side. No tool is perfect, so we continue to look for opportunities to improve our processes.
This is my first career staffing job and the first and only software used.
JobDiva is by far the most robust CRM I have used. JobDiva works with our firm to customize features for our specific needs. I would not move away from JobDiva.

[I] used Bullhorn years ago. Actively using JobDiva [for] the last 3 years. I think this is the best ATS. Every company must have this to make their work easier and highly profitable. Every user must learn JobDiva in depth so it will enhance their performance. Also, doing submission and making serious and important hotlists is also very easy.
The ATS's I have used are not listed, Brassring, Taleo, SuccessFactors, none of them sourced and pulled candidates in from job boards.
Taleo worked okay for us. At the time, it provided a way to track applicants against a job, and that was really about it. When we decided to look at JobDiva, it came at the recommendation of several other companies who were in a Mentor/Protege program with our Senior Management. After looking at it, the strengths of the application were obvious. Admittedly we were only looking at it for applicant tracking and probably never thought that we would be using it to the level that we are today.
Must have a database for our industry - with so many candidates and clients it is easy to 'forget' a person or prospect. Everybody in our company whether they are working in NY, MD, Florida, California has access to candidates and job details. The old system I used was ancient - took forever to load and had glitches every couple of weeks. Fingers crossed, so far all good with JobDiva.
I have used Bullhorn and WinSearch Recruiting recruiting. The user friendly interface is where it gets me. WinSearch Recruiting was a night mare and Bullhorn is very decent but it does not concentrate on harvesting candidates it does but more from a job post perspective.
It is very user friendly and has a good customer support team and would not take a lot of time to onboard this tool so that is why we chose it.
JobDiva is very good applicant tracking system because we can track all the things we do and also we can use the features of JobDiva where we use these three Applicant tracking systems so we don't have to use those individually and this is the best thing I like in jobDiva, It saves our time and we source other applicant tracking systems candidates in one place so this is the best feature I have used ever.

I like Crelate the best and I liked MaxHire also. I was not a huge fan of iCIMS, but think that Bullhorn/Maxhire were good. Out of all of the products I have used, I like Crelate and MaxHire the best. My leadership selected JobDiva and I am unsure of the reasons because I was not on the team when it was chosen. Overall, I like the product and I am learning more about it every day.
The best feature that I like the most that it has one of the best search features to have, it easily put a search to work and doing it in the background and will sort out the relevant and good candidates for next day which is amazing to have because it reduces the work and saves a lot of time resulting in more productivity at the workplace.
JobDiva is a better choice than BambooHR. It also allows creating recruiting requisitions to add candidates. This gives a huge database and helps in easy tracking of candidates. All other systems and operations also work really well in the background. The search to work is the best to have, it has the ability to put a search to work while doing any other work and it automatically gets relevant candidates for the next day is amazing.
