So far so good!
Currently, JobDiva is used by our recruitment department and partially by the onboarding team.

- JobDiva provides features for Onboarding too, like Divareach, E-verification etc. It has many more good onboarding features. However, when you dive deep into these features, you realize that it doesn't serve your purpose at all. A lot of difficulties in understanding a few things like adding logos in Divareach templates etc.
- My concerns were highlighted to the team, however, the answer was unsatisfactory.

JobDiva is no Diva when it comes to service!
JobDiva is used across our entire organization. Our recruiters utilize all the modules on the recruiting side. Our sales team is very involved on the CRM side. We don't currently utilize anything on the "back-end" as it relates to timesheets, billing, etc. I enjoy the report and dashboard functionality. JobDiva helps keep all data in one place so our recruiters know everything that is happening with their candidates and our salespeople have the same for their client contacts.
- Candidate process - sourcing to submittal, do a great job of empowering recruiters
- Manager contact - single view of contact and all history, makes it very simple to find manager data, history and talking points
- Reporting - great job with canned reports to help understand where we are across the entire staffing lifecycle
- BI and Custom Dashboards are impossible to figure out. Could be great tools but don't know how to get data from them. I have tried.
- Dashboards are simple - hard to figure out how to get better data from the dashboards
- There are lots of canned reports (but almost too many) - is there a better way to organize them? It's hard to remember where I go to get a specific date b/c there are so many reports, so many drop downs and then options for data once I pick the dropdowns.
- I would like to see a way to do a daily "board" so that it's easy to see open priority reqs by sales/recruiter. We currently utilize a spreadsheet b/c we can't figure out a way to do it inside JobDiva.

- They are great at working with us to get things done. If I need help - someone is always on top of my request and seem to always find a way to help me.
- I think there is a lot of functionality in the tool - but we need to do a better job of learning how to use it. We're probably using the main functionality and tools - but I know that would be more for us to utilize.
- They are a great partner and have helped us grow tremendously - so their ROI impact has been a hue positive for us.
We are currently in the process of trying to link Salesforce to JobDiva CRM. It has not been a smooth integration. There is a feeling that there is more for us to utilize in Salesforce, but we can't leave behind the ATS functionality on the recruiting side. No tool is perfect, so we continue to look for opportunities to improve our processes.
I am not aware if our "package" for support is premium or not. I just know that when I send it a request - they do an amazing job of finding out what I need and then executing on it. They generally go above and beyond what I am asking and it's always better than what I was asking for.

There are issues that pop up from time to time and they are always extremely responsive. I feel that once I alert them to something, they get right on it. Sometimes it comes back to being an issue that we created - but I don't ever feel like my requests are going to black-hole or being ignored. Exactly the opposite of that - their service is excellent.
They are constantly helping me out. I had an issue with something we had done incorrectly. I needed to change the address for hundreds of contacts. I was not sure what to do - but knew there had to be some sort of automation to help. I reached out to JD with my question/request. They knew what to do right away. All I had to do was provide a list of names (there were hundreds) and they would update the address information. Done manually it would have taken me hours - they did it in a matter of minutes. So no anytime I have something that I want to see can be done via automation - I will reach out to get their help.

JobDiva; Connecting the dots within the Staffing Lifecylce
JobDiva is the main ATS for all our corporate staffing solutions, from tracking, managing applicants to on-boarding and it has the ability to harvest candidates from online job boards. The system simplifies managing the full recruiting life cycle while on-boarding candidates and synchronizing their current status and making it known company wide. The interface is very user friendly. It only works if the company tracks everything and makes notes. At my current company we suggested JobDiva as it just makes everything easier, you must trust the system and take advantage of its full capabilities.
- Once a Job is created in JobDiva you have the ability to set it to harvest. This tool will allow JobDiva to source based on saved keywords from major job boards. If the search is saved appropriately you can capitalize on the results.
- It has great tracking and reports metrics. You can track the activities from all of your recruiters, presented candidates and response time.
- The calendar synchronizes with Outlook. It makes sure you don't miss important interviews etc,
- A list of their key word mapping. Would like to see this list public for example if we search for "Data Analyst" I would like to understand why I would get Systems Business Analyst profiles on results.

- This has impacted our organization on so many levels. Recruiters are making more placements from 35 to 70 hires. Since the jobs are available within the company it makes it very easy to cross submit. candidates to numerous open requirements.
- This ATS has helped organize and create a SOP company wide. It has also provided a huge increase in the open job/matching candidates response time.
I have used Bullhorn and WinSearch Recruiting recruiting. The user friendly interface is where it gets me. WinSearch Recruiting was a night mare and Bullhorn is very decent but it does not concentrate on harvesting candidates it does but more from a job post perspective.

Moving forward an applicant tracking systems that also covers the digital and mobile market. I would be interested in hearing of those kinds of products. Alot has changed and everyone is adjusting to the recruiting trends. More big data is always good, applicant user centric data. There is always somehing new to consider when evauating these products.

Change management was a major issue with the implementation
No one likes change. Sometimes we get comfotable with what we know. It was very hectic as not everyone was bought on making this change. What helped improve this process was the advance users of JobDIva strechted a hand in teaching and helping other users how to use it. From peer to peer and a little time things got better. There is always a function or new tool to learn in DIVA. One day you want to know your submittals for a client in a given month or simply running submittal metrics to even the search bar on the main screen. Ifit was not for previous users of JobDiva I think things could have gone a bit rougher in getting people up to speed.

Yes there was a time when the candidate page took a very long time to load. They immediately resolved it and knew exactly how to. Turns out I have tons of cache data from my browser and was instructed to delete it. Thats my ony issue I had to report.
One time I had issues with my candidate page loading.It lasted a couple of days, when I decided to finally report it. It only took 2 minutes from them to respond, instructing me that they are working on the issue. 10 minutes later, they sent me an email with detail instructions on how to troubleshoot the isse. I was shocked at their response rate. Alot of the times trouble tickets just sit idle in que. I was glad they resolved it with minimum down time
- The email merge is pretty fun tool. You can blast a list based on search results. Be aware if done incorrectly it can be classified as spam.
- The job agent page makes it very easy to run and save a search based ob Boolean capabilities.
- Would like to obtain a mapping of the key word boolean for training purpouses. What key words map to others, for example banking may map to bank, trading, ect. This would bee cool to have.
- When uploading a resume to JOBDIVA you have multiple options to do so. Quickest way is to email it to JobDiva. However with PDF formats you can only upload since any other option will not parse approapriately. Wish this was better, it can save alot of time in the process.

We use JobDiva for fetching resumes from different portals and maintaining the database. We also use it to reach consultants for our urgent client's requirements. We search for consultants and ask them to apply for jobs. It is used by the whole organization. Every department uses JobDiva as per their need. It resolves some business problems and it is a faster tool than others and is a good database.
