The email merge is pretty fun tool. You can blast a list based on search results. Be aware if done incorrectly it can be classified as spam.
The job agent page makes it very easy to run and save a search based ob Boolean capabilities.

Sourcing became very easy as it brings almost all the job portals in one
It helps to send multiple emails to candidates at a time so that means it reduces time spent sending emails
It helps to update the comments / notes of the candidates so in the future before calling any candidate we can refer to those comments
