What is JobTread?

JobTread provides end-to-end construction management software that helps jobs-based businesses manage all of their processes, from pre-construction to project completion. Accessible on all devices, the platform serves as a central location to manage jobs, teams, documents, photos, finances, customers, vendors, and sub-contractors. Its budget-first approach aims to create financial transparency at every stage of a project. JobTread is designed to help users get organized and complete projects on time.

Through JobTread, users have access to Sales and Estimating features ranging from a construction CRM and budgeting to contracts and eSignatures. The Project Management features cover purchase orders, daily logs, tasks and scheduling. Its Finance and Cashflow features offer Change Orders, invoices, billing, job costing, and payment processing. With the Business Intelligence features the user has custom fields, reporting, dashboards, and performance insights.

JobTread has integrations with Quickbooks Online & Desktop, Stripe Payments, Slack, and Zapier.

Job budgets include reusable cost items and cost groups. Add cost items and groups by selecting them from the Cost Catalog or creating new ones on the fly. JobTread’s job costing tools simplify the process of tracking and managing costs while bringing transparency to the overall profitability of projects.
Includes Custom fields and automatic location-based sales tax rate tracking to manage customer and vendor accounts, contacts, locations and jobs. Customers have an online portal to access job related documents, communications, invoices/bills, and other important information from one central location.
