Jobvite became necessary as we outgrew our old ATS, JazzHR. We needed a system that could keep up with our rapid hiring and help us track the trends of applicant sourcing, hiring, etc. Jobvite is far more customizable, which allowed us to have separate company profiles for each of our subsidiaries. Before this, we weren't able to specify which company each listing was for and track data for each one.

- Canvas Diversity Recruiting Platform (formerly Jumpstart)
Jobvite tech is better suited for our organization. It is faster to set up, less convoluted in terms of user data and friendliness. I do like the candidate experience and the available toolsets, even though we have not taken advantage of some of the offerings just yet. Management of the company seems to be on track.

I haven’t used others. Jobvite is the tool that I have used across different jobs and so it’s really all I know. That said, I have heard good things about Greenhouse. Many of my peers in the sector have switched to them. So that’s really all I know about that.
