Jobvite, a good recruiting, marketing tool
- It is very user friendly.
- Everyone in the organization can help source for candidates from their networks so it is not just the recruiters, HR and managers sourcing the candidates
- Once a person sends a jobvite to their LinkedIn network, email contacts etc. it has the capabilities to keep track of who initially referred the job.
Cons
- The interview scheduling capability where it links to Microsoft Outlook so you can see the availability of the interviews still does not work properly.
- Jobvite does not support older version of Internet Explorer which is an issue with mid size organizations who cannot move to new versions immediately
- Need to be able to customize the workflows more that currently available. The workflows work for us but could be better
- Positive impact, implementation team was great, average ROI.
- Met almost all of over business objectives i.e. Time to hire, source of resume, using our employees network to find candidates, recruiting activities
- Customer service via email is great, need to increase customer service hours via phone
