  • The negative with any new system is everyone has to retrain their mind on a new system, and there is always a learning curve. This is unavoidable regardless of any rollout or implementation though, so it's not a red flag.
  • It's been positive for external and internal network sharing of jobs and announcements, the best system to date that can do this feature effectively and without a ton of work behind it.
  • The ROI has been good for allowing managers access to their own reqs and being able to ask their applicants and act on them, rather than waiting for someone that might be out of town or sick.

  • We have been able to see how long candidates sit in each stage of the hiring process in order to better address areas where we could improve on ways of moving candidates through the process in a quicker more seamless manner.
  • Jobvite's tracking of job sites allows us to see where our candidates come from, allowing us to better leverage our time and efforts into websites and events that give us the most returns.
  • Our employee referral system was able to be built out within Jobvite's Refer-a-Friend module, which has allowed us to better compensate employees for the hire of teammates that they have referred to the organization, and allowed us to follow up with referrals with ease.

  • Can quickly move candidates through hiring process.
  • Easy to manage communications across teams in multiple locations.
  • Able to source previous candidates that applied from our pipeline, but have not figured out how to create pipeline groups of candidates.

  • Time spent by recruiters on sourcing, tracking, and scheduling applicants has decreased.
  • Time spent by recruiters/hr on the onboarding of new hires has decreased.
