  • Allows for instructional data to be added to all our checklists, audits, etc to provide hands on training all the time!
  • Ease of use. It's a breeze to create new lists and use the lists already created
  • Mobility- my staff is on the go and being able to grab an iPad at the beginning of their shift and take it with them through the day completing tasks and allowing for more autonomy in our work force
  • Versatile. Can be use for simple list down to more complex guides and checklists with calculations and scoring.
  • Make the addition of media a little easier. Specifically video upload/embedding file types
  • More ability to customize the look of the lists when populated. More formatting options
  • Allow for certain log book notes to remain private and not viewable by all employees. We use Jolt for employee quizzes and reviews and don't want all staff to see log book notes, so we just don't use them much.

  • Jolt Lite mobile app could be more user friendly in my opinion.
  • In my experience, there have been a few bugs we have noticed with employee shifts being deleted
  • The onboarding process is great, however, in my experience, there have been some instances of employees not being able to log in to the app

  • The print station, though pricey, is very effective and does not require resyncing or rebooting of [the] printer.
  • Feedback on reports.
  • Customer service Mon-Fri.
  • Scheduling. There are several ideas written on the suggestion board with many comments and feedback, but no work appears to be in progress. Namely, blacking out days that cannot be requested off and having closing schedules say "closing" instead of a specific time like 10 pm or 11 pm.
  • iPads work really well, but Jolt is already pricey. [It] would be awesome if Kindles worked close to iPads. [I] do not expect the same performance but would appreciate consistency. [The] print station really helps but [is] more money.
  • Jolt understands the need for having roles. But does not give you the ability to give those roles specific, meaningful access. For example, if shift leads and above were the only people who were allowed to swipe the list. Or, if certain employees were on probation before taking a picture, it required "permission." A pin from upper management. It would help hold the team members accountable, including the management who signed off on the list.

  • The communication system build into jolt could stand to have more robust and user friendly
  • Allow for broader manipulation of the scheduling system to include cross department interaction
