The implementation of Paragon is in one of the most crucial
departments (information technology) to provide us insights related to the
network issues and it provides us with the real-time report related to the root
cause as well as helps in network optimization. It has just modified the way of
providing network analytics. I and my teammates are glad about its advanced
capabilities.

Visibility: it is one of its key features that supports us by showing multidimensional views and facilitates [use] in the monitoring process.
Customization: its flexibility is worth appreciating and its dashboard offers customizations and we can have resource metrics according to our personalization.
Integration: integration is easy and great that allows us to integrate it with any 3rd source platform.
Data collection is another feature that allows us to collect data in our desired standard method.

I think its documentation has some loopholes and needs improvement.
Custom support is negligible and is less supportive.
Complex for the ones who have no experience of such network diagnostic tool.

It is time-saving and has made network diagnosis effortless.
I can't think of anything that has caused a negative impact on our business.

As with most growing networks, the scalability of human oversight becomes increasingly challenging. However, using the Paragon Insights product provided a culmination of this data to dramatically offset the operational cost of manual oversight. In addition, the Paragon product was able to provide data analytics based on the onboard AI/ML capabilities which allowed IT staff and management key performance indicators which could be used to make business decisions. The data collected was normalized against a CIM, and was available for integration into more Automation and Programmable platforms which extended the availability of this data.
