Junxure is a comprehensive CRM software that serves as the central hub of information for organizations, providing a wide range of use cases for different departments. From project management to client data and email communication, Junxure is praised by users as an essential tool for streamlining workflow and improving overall productivity.

One of the key benefits of Junxure is its integration with other platforms, making it the main source of data for every department within an organization. By acting as a hub, Junxure allows administrators, advisors, and other employees to access all relevant information in one place, saving time and effort. Users have reported improved time management and increased organization by customizing the dashboard to their company's specific needs.

The software's ease of use and intuitive interface have been highly appreciated by users, as it does not require any coding knowledge. This results in a smooth learning curve and an enhanced user experience. The integration with Office 365 has proven particularly valuable, enabling users to sync contacts, calendars, and easily send mass emails and newsletters from the platform. This integration has saved users a significant amount of time.

Junxure is widely recognized as an excellent CRM solution for personalized customer relationships. It facilitates personalized customer service across various work areas, allowing employees to quickly distill relevant customer information and provide a tailored experience. Users can easily customize information control and make real-time changes to efficiently track client interests.

For advisory firms, Junxure excels as a CRM system that enables teams to document client interactions, share notes for compliance and marketing purposes, and delegate action items between employees. It serves as a central repository for client contacts, upcoming actions, workflows, and administrative tasks. Overall, Junxure is valued for its extensive functionality and its ability to enhance the direct experience clients have with the company.

Successful integration with various tools: Users have found that Junxure integrates well with popular tools such as Riskalyze, Orion, Schwab, MGP, and Office 365. They appreciate the convenience of accessing client data immediately upon logging in, eliminating the need for multiple tools.

User-friendly interface and helpful support: Reviewers commend Junxure's user-friendly tools and website for their ease of navigation. They also mention the availability of support tools and a responsive support team that effectively addresses any questions or concerns.

Automation of repetitive tasks: Users emphasize the ability to automate repetitive tasks through Junxure. Creating workflows and monitoring their progress is considered a valuable feature. Additionally, users appreciate the functionality to alert colleagues about task status without resorting to email or chat communication.

Limited integration options: Some users have mentioned that Junxure's integration options are limited compared to competitors like Redtail and SF. However, this has not caused any major issues for them.

Lack of customizable home screen: Several reviewers have expressed their disappointment with the lack of customization options for the home screen in Junxure. They feel that this results in wasted space and requires extra clicks to access the desired information.

Difficulty accessing detailed records: A common concern among users is that it takes quite a few clicks to access detailed records in Junxure, which can make the process less efficient. They would prefer a more streamlined approach to retrieve specific information.

We use Junxure in the office to delegate action items for our clients between our employees. I use Junxure every single day to organize my workflow and organize my day. Junxure is a very helpful tool to make sure that work is divided evenly, there is a detailed record of actions on client accounts, and to be sure that no steps are missed within any process.
  • Delegate work between employees.
  • Create workflows so no steps are missed within any processes.
  • Organize tasks with due dates.
  • Customer service lacking.
  • Redesign makes it more confusing to go back to "past due & due today actions".
  • Notifications when actions are assigned to you by someone else would be helpful.
I think that Junxure is well suited for almost any office scenario. It is beneficial in making sure all employees are on the same page for client actions and that a detailed history is kept which can be referred to in the future. It helps to simplify all processes so would be helpful in any office.
  • Personalized workflows.
  • Email blast.
  • Birthdays list.
  • Client classification.
  • Notes: more detailed info on clients kept there.
  • Not sure - I did not pay for it personally.
I do not particularly remember the system I entered above, as I only used it for temporary work that I did nine years ago. I did not select Junxure myself - the office I work in already had it implemented before I came on. This question does not seem to be applicable to me.

It is used by every employee at our company as a CRM software to document client contacts based upon time and date and details of contact, upcoming actions, workflows such as opening accounts or money transfers, organize and save client paperwork, and to efficiently complete reoccurring office tasks that are administrative in nature or in relation to key compliance tasks.
  • Reports that can be created from records. There are many ways you can splice the data and Junxure can get you almost whatever information you would like (assuming that you’ve put it in the system at some point).
  • Amount of detail that can be added for each record level helps us to be thorough.
  • Their customer service is great. Whenever a problem arises they solve it or if you don’t know how to do something they can help you out.
  • While there is a lot of detail that can be added to each record it does take quite a few clicks to get there so it’s not as efficient as I would like for it to be.
  • There’s quite a learning curve to figuring out the most efficient way to create the reports you need. It’s usually possible, but it can take some trial and error which can be time-consuming.
  • The Home Screen is not currently customizable so there are often modules I never click on or use and then it just creates wasted space on my home page and additional clicks.
It’s well suited for document management, CRM needs (especially in that it can automatically import emails), and report generation (such as needing to see all local clients and their addresses or all clients who have a complaint on file, or last contact of a client). They have some version of being able to send out mass emails I believe but we never use that function because it seems clunky.
  • It has saved time by automatically capturing emails.
  • It has created efficiency from having to keep track of tasks manually or keeping power documents around.
  • It’s definitely worth the cost through all of the efficiency our firm gains. The ability to send work actions to teammates depending on their responsibilities is greatly helpful!
The customer support is amazing and was a big reason my firm chose Junxure to work with. While the software may seem the same, Junxure has been working on enhancing their offer and the new upcoming version seems to eliminate some of the points of pain such as allowing for customization, reduction of clicks, and making things more intuitive. They are also creating a web form where clients can fill out their info which eliminates work on our part.

I have been working in the FinTech industry for about 5 years. I have yet to become a credentialed advisor because the need for tech-savvy admins are becoming more and more important for small firms every day. Junxure is a fantastic CRM (specifically the Cloud version, I don't know much about the older version), and is fine-tuned to the needs of an advisory firm. If you are unfamiliar with what a CRM does, it allows your whole team to track the notes from client interactions and share them with everyone. Whether it's for Compliance, Marketing, or just details about the family, a CRM keeps your whole team in harmony, and Junxure is an amazing option.
  • Super scalable. We have had a number of team changes that would have been a huge headache in the past. Junxure is there to save the day!
  • Great list of integrations and partners
  • Allows us to hire an independent contractor for certain needs, and give them access to our current sale pipeline.
  • It's so clean, it's so easy to use. People will get it day 1!
  • Their integration options are a little limited compared to Redtail and SF. This has never caused an issue, but it may force you to think creatively at times.
  • Not the cheapest option, but not the highest either. I would say it has an ok price, but pays for itself. May not be right for people struggling through their first solo year.
  • I would like to see them add new features a little faster. Seems that updates are few and far between. It's a growing industry, and we need new tactics to stay ahead of the robo options coming on the market.
If you are approved to use Junxure, go for it! There are other great options available, but I have no specific gripes about Junxure. It's easy to use, it's easy to teach (important when you are trying to show it to a 70-year-old advisor) and keeps your team on the same page. I don't know that I would fight my BD to get it approved, but if you have it as an option, it is worth a look.
  • Keeps track of every word said by a client.
  • Helps people outside of the investment world to get acclimated to the terminology.
  • Shows were you may have compliance blind spot (if you are watching your users, not to say there's a feature that tracks this specifically)
  • Being without a good CRM is like being without a map. Sure, you can probably get to where you are going, but you may need to backtrack, ask if anyone remembers where we were a month ago, and you will be beaten and muddy when you get there... I would just buy the map.
  • AKA, go get Junxure asap!
There are thousands of CRMs available in 2018. Junxure is one of the greats. You could use a non-financial-industry specific CRM, but I don't encourage it. Redtail and Wealthbox are great options as well, but often times the one available to you is going to be decided by your BD. If you are an RIA, I would check out their integrations pages and find out what other systems you already use. Especially if you BD uses a proprietary custodian. They may only be integrated with one CRM.

Junxure is up there with the big boys, and you will be delighted by all the features. It's hard to say it's "the best", but only because everyone's firm needs are different. As the office tech guy, I beg that you don't throw a bad system at your admins without allowing them to vet for it themselves. Salespeople will tell you anything to get your business.
