- Employee Satisfaction - Justworks is a much easier employee self-service tool than our prior PEO
- Cost to the business - Justworks offered a better solution for less cost
- Ease of implementation - Justworks is easy to use from an administrative and user standpoint and their IT teams and customer support were talented, quick and easy to work with during the (short) PEO implementation window.

- Negative - In my expereince, the payroll process has frustrated employees and users and has taken much more time, so it ends up costing even more than the price tag of the Justworks fees I've found
