Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

There is a bit of a learning curve to get the most benefit out of Keap, but once it is set up and someone in the company is adequately trained on it's use, I think most businesses could get by with occasional or monthly consulting with a Keap Partner. That said, in my experience, many companies prefer to outsource their Keap maintenance & support to allow their company employees to do what they do best, rather than learn the software.

Content Team- You need to create your own content to drive people to fill out a form on your website. Infusionsoft Development Team- Great, so someone filled out a form on your site. Now what? You have to create the automation that will appear customized to their inquiry... what product or service are they interested in? How much of your site have they already reviewed. Are they a hot or cold lead? Sales Team- Now that someone filled out a form and the system is auto-marketing to them (and you hope it is doing that correctly) you need someone who will reach out to them and sell... Well, we did anyway due to the high value of our service we offered. Potential customers had questions and we needed to answer them... something Infusionsoft wasn't able to effectively do.

You need to know how to use this or any other software by sucking it up and putting in the time and money. Otherwise, plan to pay a qualified professional. Our designers, programmers, and sales people use a solution like this.

You need someone who learns quickly, understands your sales system/funnel, and preferably someone with basic HTML knowledge. Anyone can learn Infusionsoft, but it's important to get it set up correctly in the beginning as it's hard to make changes once you're in the swing of things. For this reason, having someone who has used a sales funnel or shopping cart is extremely beneficial.
