I have had the opportunity to use Keatext countless times thanks to the recommendation of a colleague. From the beginning, the implementation of the tool was really simple, it can be used in many ways to improve marketing strategies, such as monitoring sentiments and trends.to understand customers through the interpretation of comments and opinions (comments can be interpreted in several languages ​​and even blocked) also the analysis and understanding of surveys, emails, and calls.
