We use Keka [HR] as an internal organization management [tool] from daily attendance to task allocation, leave application, birthday reminders, work anniversary's and much more. Keka [HR\ plays on of a major role in handling our organization details. We get our required details and can log our attendance through the portal.
  • It manages Attendance and leaves Very well
  • It also does the Reimbursement and pay role management
  • Tasks allocation and user surveys.
  • General Notices, Circular sharing with in the organization
  • Remainders for Birthdays & Work Anniversary
  • Its a bit difficult to handle My finance section as there is lack of information on how the finance is divided.
  • Bug with the time tracker for remote logging.
  • Difficult to handle and create the task list when were new to it.
I [recommend using] [Keka HR] for applying leaves, attendance and managing my tasks.
I also use [Keka HR] for all of the organization notices, circulars and survey poles created by the HR.
It is very much effective in notifying the entire organization with the daily digest email which gives the brief info on who is on leave on the particular day.

Keka HR is one of the most desirable software programs for an organization. We maintain our attendance on Keka HR and it is responsible for managing the whole organization, team by team, or department by department. It is useful to track employees, projects, or a whole team performance. HR department maintains employees' performance and record on it.
  • Attendance according to schedule
  • Define objective for employees
  • Manage whole tenure performance for any individual
  • Employees can check their finances on it
  • It's easy to use for anyone
  • Keka HR can add more features for employees, like alerts
  • Keka HR can improve tracking dashboard by adding charts
Keka HR is very well suited for organizations where they have large employee groups. It's very helpful to track employees whom are working from home. It makes organization punctual and optimistic. Currently it is very appropriate for the HR department, but it should be more optimistic towards employees. They can also improve their tracking dashboard.
