After upgrade to latest 2020 version we faced issue with one of the control which we have used at many places. we tried all the possible solution but was not able to fix the issue so we filed help ticket with Kendo support and did fabulous job. we were vary happy with their response.

The support response is excellent. In addition to this, the user forums help most of the time in getting answers to our queries easily. The support response was timely, appropriate, and accurate, explaining the missing links and things to be done to take care of them. This has really helped us get out of dead end situations a couple of times in the past.

I have the support subscription, so I don't know for the person that don't have it. For me, that owns it, it works very quickly and they are very objective trying to find the solution. They don't take much time to answer. When they don't know the answer in hands, they always try to find at least an workaround to have it working.

Kendo UI is continually updated, widgets are improved quarterly, and the product is being given appropriate attention from Progress. Customer support has always been responsive. Renewals are processed easy and the customer portal is easy to use. I appreciate the ability to earn points and discounts via the customer portal.

I am customer of progress for a number of years and Telerik before that. I have always chosen to opt in for the best support plan. I hardly have ever need to use it, when I have put in a support request via email or phone, the response was always quick, professional and on point. In this industry that is refreshing. The support usually include sample code. The ten rating is deserved.

To be honest, I have barely used their support because the documentation and examples are so extensive. With that said, the few times that I have reached out to support, they were able to either correct my issue quickly or direct me to the appropriate page to resolve my issues.

To be fair, I haven't utilized their support in a long time. My past experiences were mixed. I didn't always get an answer when I asked one. I'm guessing that hasn't changed much, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Their forums are okay, but I wish they would just utilize Stack Overflow as their support forum.
