What is Kenect?

Kenect helps attract, convert, and keep more customers by strengthening the business's online presence, online reputation, and online communication. Kenect includes a business texting platform that links to an existing business line and helps generate dozens of online reviews each month in addition to getting you better KENECTED with prospects and customers.

Business Texting
The texts show up on customers' cell phones just like any other text does. Also, the user can respond to the texts via a Kenect inbox or on the Kenect mobile app, supporting real texting--1-to-1 conversations with customers. Users can schedule appointments, send images, send videos, send surveys or even send invoices to collect payments via text.

Collect Reviews
Kenect provides a 3-step process to help users get reviews. Kenect receives notifications when customers and clients leave reviews on Facebook and Google. Kenect also provides a hub for online review gathering and reputation management.

"Text Us" Web Leads
The Kenect solution also enables users to transform web visitors into texting conversations with real texting, right on their phone. The vendor states adding a 'Text Us' button on the site that allows site visitors to text immediately receives a higher response rate than a "Contact Us" web form.

Kenect Payments Suite
Within the Kenect inbox (or mobile app), the user can click the payments icon ($). The user enters the amount, optional invoice number, and the description--and hits send. The customer receives the text message, enters their credit card number, and sends the payment.

Kenect Video Chat
