Easy to implement Khoros and switch from our previous provider as this was conversation-based chatting rather than each message which made working through our workload easier.

Implementation involves a lot of thought and consideration as you are making business decisions that impact how every incoming conversation is handled. It does take some time and effort, but our Khoros team was incredibly helpful as they walked us through all the possible scenarios and why we may prefer one setup time over another. The involvement from any other teams on our side (for example, IT) was minimal.

The Khoros team has always been on point for various integration projects. It's important to note, however, a lot of features can be easily implemented without the Khoros team. The only reason I cannot score it higher than a 7 is that some more advanced features, especially in analytics, require you to use their APIs. The APIs are well set up but it could end up being challenging if you have limited expertise or other restrictions with APIs.

Implementation at each level has had its difficulties, but some of that is also self induced. We have been early adopters of many products and have chosen to do that. Because of that, we do get some of those initial pain points that other companies who adopt things later may not. Overall, we still are very satisfied.

Implementation is fairly quick. There are implementation specialists that will help you configure it to your strategy. If you know what you want, it can be done even quicker. Khoros is there to help every step of the way.

The implementation was very easy! They work diligently to ensure that everything that you want to monitor is put into one place eliminating the worry of missed interactions and as needs change the ability to edit what's being searched for is quick and easy to set up.
