I have not utilized the support for Kindful very often but the one time I have was fantastic. It was quick, courteous and thorough. Kindful consistently offers Webinars that outline the best way to utilize their product and get the most out of it. I think Kindful does a pretty solid job with support.

Kindful often has tutorials and resources to help get the most out of their product. Also, customer service response time is highly impressive. In addition, if you are local to their office, they are willing to meet in person to help through hands-on training. Their customer support team has often felt as if they are an extension of our team.

Every time we reach out to the Kindful support team, they are quick to answer and happy to help. We find that the Kindful customer support team is professional, kind, and willing to take the time and put in the effort to solve problems. Even when they say they will research and call back, by the time they call you back you can tell they put a lot of effort into researching your answer. Really great customer support.

Great customer support! I am able to reach out and get a response quickly. They are willing to walk me through my problems by phone if needed, but usually, their emailed response is sufficient to get me through any difficulties I may be having. They have a lot of "help" examples with videos as well.

They answer my questions right away. If they don't understand, they take time to understand and show me exactly where to go. They are just so helpful and I have used multiple systems. They go above and beyond!

Not only do they have an online knowledge base that is available 24/7 which is very helpful, but if you have a specific question or something wrong with your account that needs to be fixed on the backend, they reply to your request right away. The help button is located in the bottom left corner of any screen you're on within the platform, which makes it easy to ask for help without having to leave the page you're working on.
